How we achieve it
1. Information Gathering
We identify a specific need from a rural community. We make a first social and administrative Information Gathering (legal incorporation) and from its economic and environmental resources.
2. Project Profile
The Project Profile indicates the technical scoop of the future project to be held, as well as the different milestones, time and economic/human resources needed for the Project Implementation.
3. Project Implementation
During all the time of the Project Implementation, we make a constant monitoring for the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) predefined on the Project Profile.
